Online service providers and business owners that are tired of riding the emotional rollercoaster of inconsistent revenue. (Virtual Assistants, Online Business Managers, Coaches, etc. The limit does not exist! If you're providing any type of service online, you can benefit from this.)

They built a patchwork foundation for their business when they started out, and never looked back. Their business is being held together by a paperclip and a piece of string (iykyk), and when they get busier, the lack of support in that foundation becomes painfully obvious.
This then hurts their efficiency, productivity, output, and of course, income. This is about the point in time where they come to me for my OBM work, in desperate need of someone to make sense of everything and take that problem off their plate.
As an OBM, I would come in and do a massive audit of their offers, products, systems, marketing, and cash flow. And 9 times out of 10, they are missing core pieces of their foundation. I then build out a project plan for tackling each missing piece one at a time. And let me tell you, it takes a LOT longer than you think to rebuild the foundation of a 5, 10, or 20 year old business. The older it is, the more there is to sift through.
So, if your interest is piqued about my Consistent Cash Flow free coaching call, but then your brain jumped in and said “I’m not established enough for that” I’m here to tell you, your brain is wrong.
In fact, laying the proper foundation for your business to bring in consistent cash flow is more valuable early on because fixing cash flow inconsistency now means you're not building on top of that same problem as you grow. Waiting until you're "more established" often means the same mess just gets bigger and harder to untangle (speaking from experience here, lol).
You don’t need to wait 5 years in business, or hit $10k months before you ask for help. Entrepreneurship can be pretty lonely, and I certainly didn’t get where I am without asking for help. You don’t have to figure all of this out on your own.
If your cash flow feels inconsistent and you want a business you can rely on instead of stress over, get on my calendar and let’s talk.

Hiring Lauren was such a great decision. I feel like I'm working more on what I really love... not efforting twice as much but doing twice the revenue, and feeling like I and the clients are so well supported. We're building capacity to handle even more clients & revenue with ease! Now to take home 2x! 2025 was my biggest year yet and 2026 is on track to be bigger still. Her contribution was essential to this expansion!

Our Legacy Love
Lauren handles things so that I can focus on my zone of genius--working with writers. Her calm, efficient, creative approach has been a life-saver and has already helped me grow my business while at the same time streamlining processes so the team works more efficiently. She immediately added value by taking a big picture view and creating not just short-terms plans to address the churn, but a long view that makes me feel like my business is going to keep getting better and better with each month she's on the team. I've had so much more time to focus on my own creative work and my clients instead of doing the daily activities required to operate a business. It's been a delight!

Author & Book Coach
Before partnering with Lauren as my OBM, my life was a blur of client sessions, hurried administrative tasks and a whole bunch of disorganization and inefficiency. I knew I needed help, but I didn't exactly know what I needed and I was too busy (and too tired) to try and figure it out. Once I hired Lauren, everything started to shift. I began making more money, my stress started to go down, and I had an overall feeling of calm settle over me. Lauren is always one step ahead of the game and she knows her stuff. Over the past year and a half she's helped me completely upleveled the way I do business—I'm making more and working less. Hire her. She's an incredible asset to any team.

Capacity for Greatness
"Our company has seen a lot of growth and we were at the point that we needed to focus on our internal systems, but weren't sure where to start. Lauren asked a lot of questions that prompted our team to think about our internal processes. She always brought the ideas that would best serve our business, and never the ideas that would be easiest for her to execute. During the project when we shifted direction, she was happy to make the adjustments on her end. With Lauren's support, our team was able to remain focused on our clients and keep pushing our priorities forward internally."

Straight Up Collective
"Lauren is the woman who is more organized than you are. She is the one who not only does exactly what you ask her to, but winds up creating some elegant behind-the-scenes system to make it more effortless and streamlined to do next time. She has a sharp entrepreneurial mind, which not something everyone who bills themself as an OBM has. She's tech savvy, a fast learner, chill and funny. Basically, she's a total dreamboat of an OBM, and you want her on your team."
- Susan D.
Workshops Against Empire
"Lauren has encouraged me to think bigger and holds me accountable to my own goals. She has streamlined many of my systems and supported me toward better business development. She clears the noise (including in my inbox!). She is delightful, competent, calm, and incredibly efficient. My mailing list has grown 500% all because of an idea she brought to me. I trust her so much, and I'm so grateful for her."

"Working with Lauren was one of the best decisions I've made in my business. She brings a sense of calm, skill, and know-how to her clients. She helped do some heavy lifting with my online courses, newsletter, and sales funnels. I couldn't do it all, I was spread too thin, and she gave me a sense of relief from the overwhelm. I highly recommend!"

"Lauren is so organized and professional - she made sense of all my random ideas and created a seamless, clean and crisp presentation of my private practice. Lauren has great communication, was patient with me when I needed more explanation, and she was very receptive to feedback I provided. She took the weight off my shoulders. Hiring Lauren was one of the best business decisions I have made!"

I’m so happy you’re here. I’m a born and raised Floridian that craves mountain and city views (always want what you can’t have, right?). I grew up in Melbourne and made my way to Daytona Beach where I played volleyball at Daytona State College and completed my Associate of Arts. I then retired my jersey and transferred to the University of Central Florida to complete my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
The Vanderveer Company was born from a feeling of wanting more. Having worked in the corporate world for several years, I realized that the life I wanted for myself could only be created if I took action. It was vital to me that I created a business that didn’t only fulfill my own needs and desires but also helped like-minded entrepreneurs reach their goals, too. I can now be found lounging at home rewatching Friends for the 197th time with my husband and two ferociously fluffy huskies.
